Speak to me in English or Filipino With Kindness

English as a global language is essential to man's existence equaled with air, water, food and exercise.
Practice speaking English or Filipino with kindness. This is a joint project of the English or Filipino Club in our school by the leading Align Centersupervision of Mrs. Ramirez from the Filipino Department and Mrs. Bilgera from the English Department. They are raising this project for us students to practice communicating English or Filipino language fluently and with kindness. We all know that one of todays problem was the low rate of the Filipinos in speaking English or Filipino fluently. In the past, many of our countrymen knows how to speak in staight English in a fluent way and wuth kindness. In the present, some of our countrymen know how to speak in English but not in a fuent way.
So can you see now the difference of the past and present on how our knowledge on speaking English or Filipino fluently and with kindness goes down?Oh com'on let's practice speaking English or Filipino. . . . . . . . . . . "SPEAK TO ME IN ENGLISH OR FILIPINO.!"

Wastong Nutrsyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan

Food is one of our source of energy to do our daily tasks. For us to be stronger, we must eat properly. We must eat or we must practice eating a balanced diet. We must eat nutrious foods. But what are those nutrious foods that we must take in order for us to be healthy.????
For us to be healthy and strong, ofcourse we should eat foods that are nutritional and could protect us from harmful diseases. What are those nutrious foods???First, we must take vegetables. We all know that these vegetables will help our body to become healthier and stronger. Leafy vegetables are good to our health. Eating fruits will also make us healthier. We must balance everything...The easiest way to become healthy is to follow the food pyramid or the so called go, glow and grow foods. And again, what are those lifestyle diseases???One of these lifestyle diseases is the cancer. We could get this diseas in our surroundings and the food itself. We must check everything. Check the nutritional status of the foods that we buy. Make sure that it is safe, heakthy and nutritional. Take vitamins and eat nutritious foods......That's all what we can do!!!!
"HEALTH IS WEALTH.!!"Our health is our most important wealth.It is more than a gold or a treasure. Let us be thankful because of our healthy body..!!!!
