Change : It starts with me

Life comes in many shapes. You think you know what you've got until it changes. And life will take you high and low. You got a little what and when or which way to go. Every choice you make when your lost, every step you take has its cause.

After we clear our eyes, we could still see the light that is somewhere in the darkness. After all, the rain that had come, we would still see the sun shines. All it means, we should make sense someday and we should start the changes within ourselves.

Small deed can be done by us to help our country and to make it a better nation by helping our government or every people here in the world to spread peace and follow rules and regulations given to us. Let's help everyone of us. Don't let everyone or anyone to go down, instead let's help them to stand again by lending our helping hands.

Let us start the changes within ourselves. Let's face the world with no doubt. Let's make some change NOW.

MY REFLECTION

Tik...tak...tik...tak......Time is moving so fast. First grading, second grading and third grading have gone or have passed so fast. We are now ready to enter our last quarter---our fourth garding period. But did I learn from the past gradings? Did I learn anything during our third grading period?
Activities were made by us. Font, font face, align right, align left, align center, color, name color are some of the tags that we used. We were surprised when our teacher, Mrs. Vera Cruz discussed to us about the "front page". Some of the parts of the front page are download time, standard and formatting toolbar, menu bar abd task pane. We made our projects using the front page. Each of my groupmates contributed a lot to finish our project. We also update our blogs and we were able to post two(2) topics.
Goodbye third grading....................Hello fourth grading..............................

MY LONELY CHRISTMAS

The cold breeze of air symbolizes that christmas is nearly approaching. On the 25th day of December, we are celebrating one of the happiest occassions in a year----Christmas Day. Christmas day is the birth of baby Jesus.
Christmas program, Misa de Gallo and Noche Buena are the happenings before and during christmas. The true essence of christmas is giving gifts and loving each other. Some buy special gifts for such special people in their lives. But in just in simple words that would come unto your heart is such a wonderful gift to other. "Merry Christmas!"............. "I love you!" Simple words but means a lot of everything. Christmas to me symbolizes of new hope. This year I/we will celebrate this Christmas without my mother for the second time. She left us last October 29, 2008. I've already accepted the fact that she was already taken by God and she will never come back anymore. Every Christmas, I wish that no one will leave me, but I have nothing to do but to face the truth. Time is not mine.......
This Christmas is so lonely to me. Though it's hard, I'll try to be happy for everyone. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!

"Pagpapatibay sa Pagkataong Pilipino: Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon"

November is the month for the Filipino-Values Club Celebration. Their theme was ""Pagpapatibay sa Pagkataong Pilipino: Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon." In connection to this, they conducted some activities to celebrate this celebration. In the morning or every morning, Mr. Obrero conducted an activity. It is called the "Morning Trivia." It was joined by the year level students or the year level representatives.

In this month, we joined a contest. We thought it as November but it was postponed to December. We are all busy for this month. Busy for everything!. We are all busy practicing and busy doing our projects. We have no idea of what was happening in the Filipino-Values Club Celebration. So, we didn't able to join any contest during this time.

After a busy month, we are now ready to face another month. December is Christmas Day..............

IT'S OVER!!!!!

After five months of stay here in Ilocos Sur National High School, first grading period and second grading period has been over. I've learned so many things during this two grading periods eventhough for this short period of time.
The first thing I've learned in this grading period is on how to make a wed page and also the different tags. It is hard yet enjoyable because when you didn't able to put one tag, it is already wrong or there is a part of it that will be wrong. We didn't able to meet everyday because we are all busy for this grading period. We were busy rushing our projects, busy reviewing and busy practicing for the incoming intramurals in our school. One time, we were scolded for not attending our classes and for just excusing ourselves and for not asking permission to our dear teacher. And as a consequence, she didn't allow us to start our activity. It is so sad.....But we can not blame anyone of us because it is all our fault. But since she is so kind, she allowed us to start our activity.
Now we are ready to face another grading and I am so excited on what kind of lessons we will be taking....;>

MY TEACHER, MY HERO!

A Teacher is a Hero.............
TEACHER-- she/he is the one who teach people on how write, how to read and how to communicate or speak. Without teachers, there is no DOCTORS, NURSES, ARCHITECTS, LAWYERS, etc. When i was still in elementary, they always say to us that our teacher is our second mother because our school is our second house and they are the one who take good care of us inside the school. Without them, I wouldn't be here in this school, I couldn't be able to talk or to communicate to other peolpe and i wouldn't have the ideas on how to start and end up this essay. For me as a student, they are the TRUE HERO in this world.
So let's listen to them, let's follow the things that they have thought to us and let's respect them and love them as our own mother.
i want to dedicate this essay to all my teachers because without them, I wouldn't be here and I want to tell to them that they should be more patient to us and work harder to produce more lawyer' architect, doctors, nurses and another teacher and more successful people. Thank you....!! You are the best!!!!You are our true hero!!!!......

"ADAPTING TO DIVERSE SCIENCE CULTURE FOR DEVELOPMENT"

SCIENCE is a systematized body of knowledge acquired through various processes such as observation, inference, creation of hypothesis, experimentation and conclusion.
We all know that there are many Science Culture that could help and contribute to the development and progress of our country. Scientists and their theories and inventors with their inventions. The Science Club conducted many activities in our school. Some of these are the noise barage, essay writing contest, elimination for the Ginoo at Mutya ng Kalikasan and many more. The Science Club Celebration's theme is hardeer to understand but it could contribute a lot to the development and progress of our country.
According to Miss Magdalena Parel the theme is to develop Science consciousness of the students.
